Advisory Board Member
For over three decades, Bill Pewitt has been a fixture at the Texas Capitol, representing an array of clients in the technology, health, and human services area in addition to other entities, including charitable bingo and traffic law. Bill has formed groups from the ground up, including the Texas Computer Industry Council, which was featured in Austin’s Texas Monthly in the early 80s. He currently represents clients from Austin and around the country. He maintains strong relationships with long-standing clients from other industries, including charitable bingo, bourbon distillation, and childcare. From state agencies regulations to procurement contracts, Bill has earned his reputation among lawmakers as a wise counsel, but his strength is also evident in his relationships with legislative staff, the lifeblood of the Texas Capitol. In addition to these relationships, he works with other government relations professionals to get the best results for clients in such diverse industries.
