Director of People Operations
After graduating from Albany Law School in 2005, Gina practiced law for 8 years in New York. Her expertise is in civil litigation (employment discrimination) and she spent several years as an associate at the nationally renowned firm of Boies, Schiller, & Flexner. In 2013, Gina decided to move to Texas and transition to Human Resources. She obtained her Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development in 2014, graduating with honors from The University of Texas at Tyler Business School. Since that time, she has worked in several areas of HR and compliance/risk management.
Due to her years as a litigator, she is highly skilled at spotting areas of legal and financial exposure and developing policies and procedures to maximize consistency and compliance in all facets of the business. Her education and experience during her tenure as an HR professional have expanded that skill set to include an expertise in performance management, organizational change and development, benefits administration, and most importantly, employee relations. Ms. Martin is responsible for the investigation and de-escalation of employee complaints to minimize company risk as well as ensure protection of our employees. Our people are our greatest asset, and ensuring they come to work in a safe and engaging environment is a top priority for Infolob’s top leadership.
