Travis has been in the IT services/staffing industry for the last 22 years, growing and evolving with the demands of the industry throughout his career. In the late 90’s he was part of the e-commerce boom with EDI, partnered with Sterling Commerce, and moved from that to the retail systems industry. For 13 years he owned a small retail services practice, HRI. HRI’s retail directing was with a software ERP product named Retek, which was sold to Oracle and in turn became Oracle Retail. Oracle Retail encompasses all of retail from a merchandising core system to distribution, e-comm, forecasting, planning, POS, etc.
Over the last two years, there has been more of a demand to help customers in the digital space and with analytics. With his retail background, Travis has been successful in providing some the brightest and best digitally-minded resources in the retail and restaurant/franchise industry. He helps customers see and grow the digital space without having to go to the big heavy-burdened software solutions that drive high cost and dependence.
Currently, Travis helps Infolob develop relationships in the retail system space by showing customers the talent and wide stance of services and solutions Infolob can provide, as well as narrowing down how they can be moved effectively for the IT projects and teams by saving time, reducing turnover, and keeping the hard-earned knowledge in-house long-term.
