Joy has been a strategic partnerships and growth leader specializing in go-to-market strategy and business development within the technology sector for the last 23+ years. She helps organizations scale through high-impact partnerships and cross-functional leadership. She has a people-first approach and brings a unique perspective on building authentic business relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments. Her expertise spans strategic planning within global business units, cross-channel marketing execution, and executive engagement in partner ecosystems in regional and global systems integrators like Accenture, PwC and Deloitte, MSPs, and ISVs. Prior to joining Infolob, she held marketing, enablement, and alliances leadership roles at Oracle, and TIBCO, in multiple areas from SaaS applications to Cloud Infrastructure and AI. She is passionate about Industry and subject matter expertise, always placing the customer’s needs as the priority.  She volunteers with organizations including FORCE, regional technology associations, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, and is deeply committed to mentorship, and community engagement. She lives in the Boston area and is 150% crazy about her French Bulldogs, and taking Infolob to the next phase.
