Overview
We are seeking a Senior Functional Consultant with deep PeopleSoft Campus Solutions expertise to support a large-scale higher education ERP environment. This role will focus on Financial Aid systems, functional enhancements, integrations, and modernization initiatives including PeopleSoft Fluid enablement.
You will work closely with product owners, architects, and development teams to design scalable solutions across the Campus Solutions ecosystem.
This position offers the opportunity to shape modernization initiatives, support high-impact student systems, and influence platform evolution.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Functional SME for PeopleSoft Financial Aid
- Lead functional design for enhancements and integrations
- Support Fluid adoption and modernization initiatives
- Perform fit-gap analysis and solution architecture
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Partner with technical teams on integration design
- Support modules including:
- Financial Aid
- Campus Community
- Student Records
- Student Financials
- Admissions
- Lead UAT coordination and validation
- Participate in Agile delivery and backlog prioritization
- Ensure alignment with SDLC and governance standards
Required Experience
- 8+ years PeopleSoft Campus Solutions functional experience
- Deep expertise in Financial Aid module
- Experience implementing enhancements and integrations
- Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid functional support
- Experience working with development teams on technical solutions
- Strong documentation and business analysis capabilities

Overview
We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager with strong PeopleSoft Campus Solutions expertise to lead a managed services delivery team supporting a complex higher education ERP environment.
This role will oversee Maintenance & Operations (M&O), incident management, SLA compliance, and delivery governance while ensuring operational stability and service excellence.
You will lead a globally distributed team supporting PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.2 environments across multiple functional domains.
Responsibilities
- Lead PeopleSoft AMS / Managed Services delivery
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes
- Manage operational support for Campus Solutions modules
- Ensure SLA compliance and service quality
- Lead ServiceNow-based support operations
- Coordinate release management and system upgrades
- Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement
- Manage backlog prioritization and service governance
- Partner with client leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices
Required Experience
- 10+ years PeopleSoft experience
- 5+ years managing AMS or Managed Services teams

Overview
We are expanding our PeopleSoft Campus Solutions development team and are hiring ten experienced PeopleSoft Developers to support a large enterprise higher education ERP environment.
Developers will work on enhancements, integrations, production support, and modernization initiatives including PeopleSoft Fluid development.
This role offers opportunities to work on complex enterprise integrations, high-volume student systems, and modernization of PeopleSoft applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain PeopleSoft Campus Solutions applications
- Build PeopleSoft Fluid UI components and pages
- Develop integrations using Integration Broker (REST/SOAP)
- Perform development using:
- PeopleCode
- Application Engine
- Component Interfaces
- SQR
- BI Publisher
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform debugging
- Support batch processing and data correction
