Muralidhar AdiReddy

With over three decades of experience in IT, I have had the privilege of working across geographies, technologies, and enterprise transformation programs. I am a Global Delivery Leader with a BE (Hons) from BITS Pilani and an MBA from Andhra University, and my journey includes nearly 10 years with Oracle across the US and India, along with enriching leadership roles at IT Convergence, Apps Associates, TechECS and Cloudserv. As a Solution Architect in Oracle EBS and Fusion Applications, I have supported pre-sales, led global delivery programs, and helped customers drive business value through enterprise applications. 

Over the past 15+ years, I have also managed and scaled practices across Infrastructure, Salesforce, Analytics, and Integration, while leading offshore teams ranging from 80 to 600 members. I enjoy building strong teams, solving complex business problems, and staying close to emerging technologies to continuously learn and evolve. Outside work, I find balance through spending time with family, gardening, badminton, and exploring new innovations that keep me curious and future-ready.
