Esteban Rubens

Field CTO, Healthcare, Oracle

Esteban Rubens is Healthcare Field CTO for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), where he advises providers, payers, and life sciences and medical device organizations on cloud strategy, AI adoption, and data-driven transformation. With more than 20 years in technology spanning startups and healthcare IT, he helps organizations unlock the value of their data to improve outcomes, accelerate innovation, and navigate an increasingly complex healthcare landscape.
His work focuses on the intersection of hybrid cloud, artificial intelligence, and healthcare data, with particular interest in helping enterprises derive value from both structured and unstructured information. A longtime advocate for Enterprise Imaging, he remains deeply engaged in the challenges and opportunities presented by unstructured healthcare data.
 
Esteban approaches technology strategy through the lens of the Quintuple Aim, helping healthcare organizations balance patient outcomes, clinician experience, health equity, cost, and population health. Outside of work, he competes in powerlifting and is a firm believer that resilience applies equally to technology transformation and strength training.

Alex Harris (Stairs) works at the intersection of Oracle, Azure, data, and AI, helping customers unlock greater value from their Oracle investments through Oracle AI Database@Azure and Microsoft’s AI platform. She is passionate about turning complex technology strategies into practical business outcomes and helping organizations put their data to work in new ways.

Deanna Rutland

Industry Executive Director, Manufacturing & Transportation, Oracle

Deanna Rutland is the Industry Executive Director for Manufacturing and Transportation at Oracle, where she brings a practitioner’s understanding of manufacturing operations, quality, procurement, product development, and technology-enabled transformation to conversations about the future of industry. Over more than three decades, Deanna has led teams through complex operational change, advanced industrialization, Smart Factory deployment, global product development, and customer-focused quality transformation in manufacturing, transportation, and heavy-equipment environments.

Before joining Oracle, Deanna spent nearly nine years at Schneider Electric. Her Schneider leadership journey included guiding multi-site transfer, localization, redesign, and launch programs; strengthening product reliability; aligning cross-functional teams across design, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and services; and helping translate strategy into disciplined execution.

Earlier in her career, Deanna held leadership roles with Modine Manufacturing, WireCo WorldGroup, Peterson Manufacturing, and Polytainers, building deep experience in operations, engineering, product development, lean problem-solving, and team leadership. Her work has supported OEM, aftermarket, fleet, agricultural, industrial, and commercial transportation markets, giving her a broad view of the people and systems that keep manufacturing moving.

Deanna holds a Master’s in Engineering Technology with an emphasis in Manufacturing and a Bachelor of Science in Technology Management from Pittsburg State University. Based in downtown Nashville, she is active in community and industry service, including the Society of Women Engineers, American Cancer Society, ACS Hope Lodge, Downtown Presbyterian Church Meal Ministry, Second Harvest Food Bank, and FIRST Robotics.

Jeremy Bamsch

Principal PM Manager, Microsoft

Jeremy Bamsch is a Principal Product Management Manager at Microsoft, where he leads strategic initiatives spanning Oracle Database@Azure, AI innovation, partner ecosystems, customer acceleration, and technical enablement. Drawing on experience across cloud infrastructure, application modernization, support transformation, go-to-market strategy, and partner-led digital transformation, Jeremy helps some of the world’s largest organizations modernize mission-critical workloads and accelerate business outcomes through data, cloud, and AI.

He works closely with customers, system integrators, and technology partners to bridge strategy and execution, helping enterprises move beyond migration to unlock new opportunities for innovation, operational efficiency, and growth on Azure and Oracle Database@Azure.
