David is a seasoned professional with over 22 years of experience in custom development of solution architectures and performance tuning. Fourteen years ago, when he discovered the no code/low code solution of Oracle Application Express, not only did he design and develop a custom internal applications end-to-end, he was also responsible for growing the Apex practice.

At Infolob, as the Director of NoCode/LowCode Practice, David has continued his success by bringing in new clients as well as enhancing Infolob’s internal Sales/Time/Expense applications and processes.
